Chartwell's Catering Week
There were mouth watering, tasty smells emitting from the Junior classes this week as Chef Kate, from Chartwell Caterers, led food shows in every class. The children worked in groups, using equipment and ingredients provided, to produce a delicious Chinese style chicken noodle stir-fry.
The children participated enthusiastically, they safely diced, chopped and peeled as well as learning how to tell when meat is properly cooked. The best bit was left to last and, of course, was tasting the delicious meal.
